New Delhi; Coronavirus LIVE Updates: India has crossed the 5.5 lakh total active Coronavirus cases till yet as on July 31st, 2020 at 8.15 PM IST.

In last 24 hours the total deaths are increased by 779 from yesterday. Till yet 1057805 patients have been cured from COVID-19.

We have already seen that polar actress Koel Mallick was found Coronavirus positive. She had shared this on her twitter handle on July 10th, 2020.

Recently the has shared a tweet and said “India achieves a new milestone as coronavirus recoveries cross the 10 lakh mark. India reports a record 50,000+ new infections—the highest till date taking the country’s total confirmed case count to 15.8 lakh. Tamil Nadu government extends lockdown till 31 August“.

Puducherry reported 47 deaths each, Chhattisgarh 48, Goa 39, Tripura 21, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh 14, Ladakh six, Meghalaya and Nagaland five each, Arunachal Pradesh three, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu and Andaman and Nicobar Islands two each and Sikkim one each.

The Ministry of Health, Govt. of India has also mentioned that more than 70 percent of the deaths are caused due to comorbidities.
