PUBG Ban in India Latest News and Updates: Earlier this month, Player Unknown Battle Ground (PUBG) was banned along with 116 Chinese apps. According to the Ministry of Information Technology, this popular mobile game is banned under Section 79A. However, PUBG may return to India!

PUBG is basically a game of South Korean company Bluehole Studio. The Chinese company has withdrawn the PUBG franchise from Tencent after it was banned in India. It is learned that talks are underway with Reliance Jio about its distribution.

According to a recent blog post from Bluehole Studio, the company is looking to sign a deal with Reliance Jio for the distribution of the game in India. The agreement is currently being negotiated between the two sides. However, no official statement has been issued by any party in this regard.

Recently, the center has banned 116 mobile apps, citing users as dangerous to the country’s security. There are also some big names in these apps. Games apps like Ludo and Carrom, which are popular in India, are also covered. However, in this context, the Pubji Corporation has stated that it is looking for a way to return the PUBG in accordance with all the rules and regulations of the Government of India.
