EPFO Opens WhatsApp Helpline to Solve Customer Problems

IndiaLive Economy: EPFO launches WhatsApp helpline for customers. Customer complaints will be resolved through this WhatsApp helpline.

A statement from the Ministry of Labour and Employment said the WhatsApp helpline cum grievance redressal mechanism has been opened to make it easier for PF customers to solve their problems. Customers will now be able to talk directly to their regional office through the WhatsApp helpline. Customers will be able to report their problems by sending a message to 138 regional offices across the country.

The EPFO site provides a WhatsApp helpline number for all regional offices. A team has started work in each office to listen to the complaints of the customers and take action.
