SBI YONO App Showing ‘Error M010’; SBI is Woking to Fix it Soon

The SBI Yono app has been showing an error M005, leading to transaction failures, customers complained on Twitter.

1st February 2021 2.12 PM IST: SBI Yono App Down: India’s one of the biggest ban, State Bank of India facing technical issues on the first day of the Month February 2021. According to a recent report this technical issue started to appearing after 1-1.30 PM IST.

Random error codes are showing in SBI Yono app including Error Code M010 and M005. After that the app is getting closed itself and showing technical problem issue.


Message showing while opening SBI YONO App is “Dear Customer, we are facing intermittent issue with YONO Mobile app. You may use our alternate online banking facility by logging in to or YONO Lite mobile app for doing transactions. Inconvenience is regretted.

4th December 2020 03.25 PM IST: SBI YONO Error M010: Since today the SBI YONO App is showing “M010: Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try after sometime.

As reported on 2nd December 2020, the SBI YONO App is facing technical glitches. Several customer has reported this to the SBI on twitter. According to the latest update on SBI YONO M010 Error, currently the State Bank of India (SBI) is working to fix it.

3rd December 2020 8:13 PM IST: SBI YONO Error M005: After yesterday’s encounter with YONO App M005 issue, again State Bank of India customers have reported that the SBI YONO app is facing error code M005 again. 2nd December 2020 5:31 PM IST: SBI YONO Error M005: One of the largest banking app of State Bank India (SBI) with millions of users SBI YONO showing “Erro M005” on today. The error started to show from yesterday evening as reported. Till now the SBI YONO app is showing “Error M005”.

The bank is not yet clarify any official statement about this technical glitch. Currently it looks like SBI got notified about this technical issue and they are working to fix it.

If you login in the app now you may see, “Yono App is undergoing some technical issue. Our Technical Partner IBM is looking into the matter. Please try after some time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
